Full-Time Installation Associate
The ideal candidate:
- Has 2+ years of balloon decor and/or event decor experience
- Brings open availability and thrives in the fast-paced events industry
- Is team-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow with the company long-term
- Possesses strong communication skills, creativity, and a friendly personality
- Can work independently and take initiative
- Can drive a large vehicle (cargo van/truck experience a plus)
Part-Time Installation Associate
The ideal candidate:
- Can drive a large vehicle (cargo van/truck experience a plus)
- Has flexible availability and a willingness to learn
- Bonus points for artistic talent, event experience, or a love for party decor
Event Breakdown Associate
The ideal candidate:
- Is reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual
- Can handle late-night or early-morning shifts when events wrap up
- Works well independently
- Works efficiently to take down, pack up decor, clean up, and organize equipment
- Enjoys being part of the behind-the-scenes team that keeps events running smoothly
