Partistry Events is located in Baltimore, MD and we service Maryland, Washington DC and surrounding areas. Balloon Decor for Events and parties is our specialty.
Hi! I'm Flavia Oleniewski, the founder of Partistry Events, and I absolutely love parties! I enjoy the entire process from start to finish. Give me a theme and I'll come up with many ideas on how to tie the theme into every small detail.
I started Partistry because I realized how much fun I was having decorating my own children's parties! I now focus on corporate events, weddings, bridal and baby showers, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs... you name it!
Since starting Partistry Events in 2018, I became a "we" as I have hired designers and collaborated with other balloon artists so that together we can tackle all events, big or small. I have also focused on our education by attending advanced trainings with the team and working as apprentices to learn new skills.
I hold a Bachelors of Art degree in Interaction Design and Art from the Maryland Institute College of Art. I also studied Corporate Communications at the University of Baltimore. My formal education and creativity is what sets my business apart from the rest.
Since starting Partistry, I have also become an expert in balloon decor. In January, I was a delegate at the Float Balloon Convention and there, I trained under world-renowned balloon artists and learned so much. I also became a Certified Balloon Artist; a globally recognized certification given by the Pioneer Balloon Corporation, the creator of Qualatex Balloons.
I LOVE balloons! Organic garlands are my favorite! I can also do balloon columns, balloon arches, balloon ceilings, balloon drops, balloon walls, balloon centerpieces... you name it. I love a great challenge, so if you want a complex design, send it my way!
You'll love working with me and the Partistry team because we will make it a point to go above and beyond to make sure your event is a success.
Let's get started! Please contact Partistry Events to make your next event one people will never forget.
