Add confetti for an additional cost.

NOTE:
These pop drop balloons are to be self-installed. They come with a hanging ribbon which you can tied or taped in place.  Once the balloon leaves our hands it’s up to you to handle it with care so that it doesn’t pop prior to your New Year’s countdown.  We will not replace balloons that pop prematurely for any reason.
